How do we evolve design to a more holistic approach in order to do better?

Design does not need to be anything-centric. :)
For the list of basic principles...
- I am not sure of *accountability*. So many designers worldwide take ownership and are accountable, but with a bias. Who defines what accountability means, to whom, and who validates it, are the key.
